Clause 31
(1)
No person who is the holder of a licence shall represent or imply or knowingly permit to be represented or implied in any manner to any person that his abilities or qualifications have in any respect been approved by the Registrar.
(2)
The statement that a person is the holder of a licence under this Act is not a contravention of this section.
