19. Proper accounts to be kept
Feedback & supportThe Senate must cause proper books of accounts to be kept with respect to —
(a)
all sums of moneys received and expended by the Academy and the matters in respect of which the receipt and expenditure take place; and

“Academy” means the Singapore Academy of Law established under section 3;
(b)
all property acquired by the Academy.
