25. Recovery of subscriptions, moneys due and full costs
Feedback & supportThe Senate may recover any subscription or other moneys due and payable to the Academy and any interest thereon as a debt due to the Academy and the Academy is entitled to the payment of its full costs as between solicitor and client.
