201D. Powers of Singapore Armed Forces in vicinity of protected area or place

The Minister may authorise any serviceman to exercise one or more of the powers under section 201C(9) in the immediate vicinity of any Singapore Armed Forces property which has been declared a protected area or a protected place under the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, for the protection of persons and property therein.
