201H. Obstruction of exercise of powers

A person who obstructs or resists, or fails to comply with any order of, a serviceman acting in the exercise of the serviceman’s powers under this Part shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
