21. Disobedience of general orders
Feedback & supportEvery person subject to military law who contravenes or fails to comply with any lawful provision of general orders, being a provision known to the person or which the person might reasonably be expected to know, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a subordinate military court to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or any less punishment authorised by this Act.
