28. Ill-treatment
Feedback & supportEvery person subject to military law who ill-treats a serviceman of lower rank or less seniority or any person in custody or subject to his or her authority shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a subordinate military court to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or any less punishment authorised by this Act.
