10. Witnesses

A board shall hear the evidence of the witnesses who have been made available by the convening body and may hear the evidence of such other persons as the board thinks fit.

A civilian witness shall be entitled to receive the reasonable expenses of his attendance and a reasonable allowance in respect of loss of time.
