Regulation 15

Progress reports, in Form 3 set out in the First Schedule, shall be rendered in respect of a board convened by any of the bodies referred to in regulation 4(1).

Such progress reports shall be rendered on the occurrence being inquired into, 6 weeks after the occurrence has been reported and at monthly intervals thereafter.

The report shall be initiated by the board and forwarded to the convening body.
