Regulation 4
Assembly and procedure
Subregulation 1
A committee shall meet at the time and place specified by the Armed Forces Council in the order convening the committee.
Subregulation 2
A committee shall proceed to conduct the inquiry in accordance with the terms of reference set out in the convening order and hear and record the evidence in accordance with these Regulations.
