Offences and punishments records
Subregulation 1
The Commandant shall cause to be entered in a register a record of the punishments imposed on every detainee and military prisoner, showing, in respect of each detainee and military prisoner punished, the name of the detainee or military prisoner, the nature of the offence and the extent of the punishment.
Subregulation 2
The register referred to in paragraph (1) shall be open for the inspection of the Board of Visitors.
