8. Powers of DXO superior disciplinary officer when dealing with charge
Feedback & supportA DXO superior disciplinary officer when dealing with a charge other than a charge referred to him under regulation 7(1) may —
(a)
dismiss the charge if he is of the opinion that the charge ought not to be proceeded with;
(b)
try the accused summarily; or
(c)
if he is of the opinion that the charge should not be dealt with by him, refer the charge to the Director, Legal Services.
