reg 1Citation and commencement

These Rules are the Singapore Armed Forces Long Service and Good Conduct Medal Rules 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Definitions

In these Rules —“10 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 3(1);“20 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 8(1);“35 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 13(1);“45 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 18(1);“Service Chief” means the Chief of Air Force, the Chief of Army, the Chief of Navy or the Chief of Digital and Intelligence Service;“serviceman” means a uniformed member of the Singapore Armed Forces.

“10 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 3(1);

“20 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 8(1);

“35 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 13(1);

“45 Years Medal” means the Medal mentioned in rule 18(1);

“Service Chief” means the Chief of Air Force, the Chief of Army, the Chief of Navy or the Chief of Digital and Intelligence Service;

“serviceman” means a uniformed member of the Singapore Armed Forces.
