26. Revocation

(1)

Revoke the following Rules:

(a)

the Singapore Armed Forces Long Service and Good Conduct Medal Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 252/2006);

(b)

the Singapore Armed Forces Long Service And Good Conduct Medal Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 218/2014).

(2)

Any person who has been awarded, or who is deemed to have been awarded, a Medal or Clasp under the Rules revoked under paragraph (1) is deemed to have been awarded a Medal or Clasp under these Rules.

Subregulation 1

Revoke the following Rules:

(a)

the Singapore Armed Forces Long Service and Good Conduct Medal Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 252/2006);

(b)

the Singapore Armed Forces Long Service And Good Conduct Medal Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 218/2014).

Subregulation 2

Any person who has been awarded, or who is deemed to have been awarded, a Medal or Clasp under the Rules revoked under paragraph (1) is deemed to have been awarded a Medal or Clasp under these Rules.
