Deliberation on sentence
Subregulation 1
The court may close to deliberate on the sentence.
Subregulation 2
If a panel court martial or field general court martial closes to deliberate on the sentence, no person shall be present while the court is deliberating except the president and members of the court and, where there is a judge advocate, the judge advocate.
