Regulation 48
Postponement of deliberation on sentence
Where 2 or more accused are tried separately by the same court on charges arising out of the same transaction, the court may, if it thinks that the interests of justice so require, postpone its deliberation upon the sentence to be awarded to any one or more of such accused until it has recorded and announced its findings in respect of all of such accused.
