Regulation 49
Judgment and sentence
Subregulation 1
The court shall, when it has arrived at a decision on the sentence to be imposed on an accused tried before it, announce the sentence in open court.
Subregulation 2
The court may deliver a written judgment before announcing any sentence under paragraph (1).
Subregulation 3
After a sentence has been passed by the court under these Regulations, the president shall announce in open court that the trial is concluded.
