Regulation 62

Examination by court and judge advocate

Subregulation 1

Questions may be put to a witness by —

(a)

the president;

(b)

where a judge advocate has been appointed to officiate in a trial, the judge advocate; or

(c)

in the case of a panel court martial or field general court martial and with the permission of the president, any member of the court.

Subregulation 2

Upon any such question being answered, the prosecutor and the accused may put to the witness such questions arising from the answer which he has given as seem proper to the court.
