Interview of witnesses

Subregulation 1

The prosecutor shall not —

(a)

after a trial has begun before a court, without the consent of the president of the court;

(b)

in any other case before a general court martial, without the consent of any president of a judge court martial; or

(c)

in any other case before a field general court martial, without the consent of the convening authority,interview any witness for the accused.

Subregulation 2

Neither the accused nor any person on his behalf shall —

(a)

after a trial has begun before a court, without the consent of the president of the court;

(b)

in any other case before a general court martial, without the consent of any president of a judge court martial; or

(c)

in any other case before a field general court martial, without the consent of the convening authority,interview any witness for the prosecution.
