Regulation 60
During a trial —
(a)
a witness shall not be in court unless he —
(i)
has the permission of the court; or
(ii)
is the prosecutor or an accused; and
(b)
if, while a witness is under examination, a discussion arises as to whether any question with regard to the evidence should be allowed, the court may direct the witness to withdraw from the court room during such discussion.
