Regulation 9
Medal, Bar and Bar (Enhanced) to be awarded by Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs
The Medal, Bar or Bar (Enhanced) shall be awarded by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs acting in accordance with the recommendation of the Commissioner of Civil Defence.
