(1)
The Board may appoint, alter or discharge committees, each consisting of one or more persons (whether members or not), and define or vary the terms of reference of those committees.
(2)
Subject to this Act and the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 and to the control of the Board, each committee appointed under this section may regulate its procedure in any manner that the committee thinks fit.
