Section 11

(1)
The Board may borrow at interest, on the security of any corporate land or of any funds of the Board, moneys that it may think necessary or expedient for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Board may invest its funds in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act 1965.
