Extraordinary general meeting
Subregulation 1
An extraordinary general meeting of the Union shall be held —
(a)
when the Council or the Executive Committee thinks it necessary;
(b)
if a written notice specifying the purpose of the meeting is given to the Honorary General Secretary by at least 50 members of the Union, within 14 days of the receipt of the notice; or
(c)
on the instructions of the President of the Union.
Subregulation 2
A notice of an extraordinary general meeting shall be posted on the Union’s notice boards not less than 5 days before the date of the meeting.
Subregulation 3
No matter other than that for which the extraordinary general meeting has been called shall be included in the agenda.
