Regulation 65

An emergency general meeting of the Union shall be held when the Executive Committee or the President of the Union thinks it necessary.

A notice of an emergency general meeting shall be posted on all the Union’s notice boards not less than 12 hours before the meeting.

No matter other than that for which the emergency general meeting has been called shall be included in the agenda.
