Clause 10

Section 24 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Without affecting subsection (1), a condition under subsection (1) may require the licensee to do or to refrain from doing any thing specified, or of a description specified, in the condition, including for the purpose of protecting the wellbeing of the licensee, any tourists guided by the licensee, or both, or otherwise in the public interest.”.
