26. Amendment of section 42

Section 42 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Any financial penalty and any interest on any financial penalty payable by any person under this Act is recoverable by the Board from that person as a debt due to the Board.”.
