18. Term of appointment

Subject to section 20, each member of the Agency holds office for a period of 3 years or any shorter period specified in the instrument of appointment.

“member”, in relation to the Agency, means a member of the Agency who is appointed under section 10(1), and includes any individual appointed under section 14(2) to act in that capacity;

A member of the Agency may be re‑appointed.
