37. Financial year

The financial year of the Agency begins on 1 April of each year and ends on 31 March of the succeeding year.

“Agency” means the Skills and Workforce Development Agency established by section 3;

However, the first financial year of the Agency begins on the date of commencement of this Act and ends on 31 March of the succeeding year.
