Section 11

The Agency may, with the approval of the Minister, make any regulations that seem to the Agency necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and for prescribing anything that is to be prescribed.

All regulations must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
