8. Fees, etc., payable to Agency, etc.

(1)
All fees, charges and moneys collected under this Act, other than composition sums, must be paid to the Agency.
Agency
Defined · s 2
“Agency” means the National Environment Agency established under the National Environment Agency Act 2002;
(2)
All composition sums collected under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
