32. Interface with other laws

Last amended by an amending law of 2026.

(1)

To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect the operation of —

(a)

the Active Mobility Act 2017;

(b)

the Parks and Trees Act 2005;

(c)

the Sewerage, Drainage and Coastal Protection Act 1999; and

(d)

the Street Works Act 1995.

(2)

This Act does not deprive the Government of any right to proceed under the law, or of any remedy against trespassers given by law.
