Temporary occupation licences and tenancy agreements
Subregulation 1
The Collector of Land Revenue may issue licences or enter into tenancy agreements for the occupation of State land for temporary purposes.
Subregulation 2
Every licence or tenancy agreement referred to in paragraph (1) shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Collector of Land Revenue considers fit to impose.
