Regulation 7
Authority may grant or refuse application
Subregulation 1
Upon receiving an application made under regulation 5, the Authority may —
(a)
subject to regulations 8, 9 and 10, grant the application subject to such conditions as it thinks fit to impose; or
(b)
refuse the application without assigning any reason.
Subregulation 2
In granting an application, the Authority may specify the time within which the works must be completed.
