Rules of trade union

Subregulation 1
The secretary of every registered trade union shall, on request by any person and on payment of a sum determined by the trade union, furnish that person with a copy of the rules of the trade union.

The sum referred to in paragraph (1) shall be a sum not exceeding $5.
