Regulation 4BA

For the purposes of the definition of “declared income” in regulation 2, a member must declare the member’s income to the Comptroller, or (if the member is not required to declare the member’s income to the Comptroller) to the Board, on or before the specified date in the form and manner required by the Comptroller or the Board, as the case may be.
