Regulation 4BB
Review of assessment of eligibility or amount of benefit
If a member wants the Board to review its assessment of the member’s eligibility to receive any benefit under the Scheme or the amount of such benefit, the member must —
(a)
apply on or before the specified date in the form and manner required by the Board; and
(b)
give the Board (within the time required by the Board) any information or documents in support of the member’s application or which the Board requests from the member.
