Parties to lodge 3 copies of documents 3 days before hearing
Subregulation 1
Not less than 3 days before the date fixed for the hearing of any matter by the Court, every party who has filed any document in the matter must lodge in the Registry 3 copies of the document.
Subregulation 2
The Registrar may, on the application of any party, exempt that party from compliance with the requirements of paragraph (1).
