Regulation 37

The fees to be demanded and paid in respect of matters under the Act or these Regulations are those set out in the Second Schedule.

The fees payable under these Regulations are to be paid in advance, and the Registrar may refuse to receive or issue any document, to do any act or permit any inspection in respect of which a fee is payable until the fee is paid.
