Issue of certificates of entitlement to successful applicants
Subregulation 1
The Registrar shall issue a certificate of entitlement to every successful applicant on payment of the quota premium.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of these Rules, a certificate of entitlement may be issued in the form of a notice informing the applicant that —
he has succeeded in his application for the certificate of entitlement; and
he may proceed to register the vehicle in respect of which the certificate of entitlement is issued within the period specified in the notice.

Subregulation 3
Where any particular furnished by an applicant or motor firm in relation to a certificate of entitlement issued under this rule is incomplete or incorrect, the Registrar shall, on payment of a fee of $42.51 by the applicant or motor firm, amend the particulars stated on the certificate of entitlement.
