Exemption in relation to driving of specified motor vehicle

Section 120(3) of the Act does not apply to an individual who —

(a)

drives a specified motor vehicle on a specified road during and in connection with a cycling event; and

(b)

is authorised by the event organiser of the cycling event to do so.
