Subregulation 1
The time and place of hearing an application for withdrawal shall be fixed by the Judge but shall not be less than one week after the application for withdrawal has been filed at the office of the Registrar in accordance with these Rules.

Notice of the time and place appointed for the hearing shall be given to such person (if any) who has given notice under rule 25 of an intention to apply to be substituted as claimant in the application under section 71, and otherwise in such manner and at such time as the Judge directs.
