Regulation 14
Licence conditions
Subregulation 1
The Director‑General may issue, renew or vary a licence under these Rules subject to any condition that the Director‑General thinks fit.
Subregulation 2
The Director‑General may, at any time, vary, substitute or revoke any existing condition of a licence or impose any new condition.
Subregulation 3
A licensee must comply with any condition of the licence.
