Regulation 27
A person who contravenes rule 3(2), 8(2) or (3), 9(1), (2), (3) or (8), 10, 12(4) or (5), 14(3), 16(1) or (3), 17(1), 18(1) or (2), 20, 21(5), 23(2) or 26(2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
