30. Transitional provisions — cats kept for purpose of breeding or sale

Rule 10 does not apply to a person during the period from 1 September 2024 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) in relation to the keeping of any cat (whether or not in combination with any dog) in any licensed premises for the purpose of breeding or sale.
