is of a local mixed breed, and is obtained from an animal welfare organisation specified by the National Parks Board that is involved in the rehoming of animals (i)1 year(ii)2 years(iii)perpetual$15$25$35In this Part —“Type 1 premises” —

in relation to a cat, means any premises at which either of the following are kept:

not more than 3 cats;

a combination of cats and dogs, the aggregate of which is not more than 3; or

in relation to a dog, means any premises at which either of the following are kept:

a combination of cats and dogs, the aggregate of which is not more than 3;“Type 2 premises” —

in relation to a cat, means any premises at which either of the following are kept:

more than 3 cats;

a combination of cats and dogs, the aggregate of which is more than 3; or

in relation to a dog, means any premises at which either of the following are kept:

more than 3 dogs;
