17. Plan of unit in housing project

A housing developer shall attach a plan of a unit in a housing project sold by him to the agreement for sale and purchase of the unit and the plan shall contain such particulars as are sufficient to enable the purchaser to lodge a caveat against the land on which the housing project is being erected.
