False particulars in advertisements

No person shall publish, display, convey, transmit or broadcast, or cause to be published, displayed, conveyed, transmitted or broadcasted, any advertisement in relation to a housing project which —
(a)
contains any statement, information or material which is false or misleading;
(b)
fails to comply with the requirements of rule 3, where applicable; or
(c)
contravenes rule 6.
