Definitions

In this Order —“MOH Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Health;“MOH political office holder” means —
(a)
any Second Minister for Health;
(b)
any Minister of State assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health; and
(c)
any Parliamentary Secretary assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health.
Definition
“MOH Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Health;

Regulation 2A
Delegations to political office holders

The Minister for Health, with the Prime Minister’s approval, delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the First Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the First Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the First Schedule.

Delegations to persons other than political office holders

The Minister for Health delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Second Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Second Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Second Schedule.
