Definitions

In this Order —“MOH Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Health;“MOH political office holder” means —

(a)

any Second Minister for Health;

(b)

any Minister of State assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health; and

(c)

any Parliamentary Secretary assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health.

“MOH Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Health;

“MOH political office holder” means —

(a)

any Second Minister for Health;

(b)

any Minister of State assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health; and

(c)

any Parliamentary Secretary assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Health.
